However, not all unranked subscriptions are the same. If you subscribe without properly understanding unranked subscription, you may end up in trouble.
Unranked subscriptions are broadly divided into three types. Unranked (Jubjup), commonly referred to in the sales market, means ‘post-application’. Post-registration occurs when competition occurs at the time of the first tenant recruitment announcement and winners and prospective tenants are selected, but there is a remaining quantity due to reasons such as ineligibility or contract abandonment. In other words, at the time of general sale, the number of subscribers must be greater than the number of households supplied.
Contract cancellation housing occurs when a household's contract is canceled due to detection of acts that disrupt the supply order (illegal resale, false residence, etc.). Contract-cancelled housing is also classified into ‘special supply’ and ‘general supply’. Among these, only one person per household (same house on the winner announcement date) can apply for the special supply. If multiple family members apply for the same house, all applications will be invalidated regardless of whether they win or not. In addition, general supply is only available to non-homeowners.
Duplicate subscriptions are also prohibited for houses with the same winner announcement date. Also, unlike unranked post-subscription applications, you can apply even if you have already won the same house. However, ineligible winners and those who disrupt the supply order are restricted from subscribing. Also, since non-ranked subscriptions can result in disadvantages if you give up or cancel the prize, it seems necessary to prepare for subscription in advance.
